Our Club website was created 5-6 years ago by a club member. He moved away, but supported us somewhat from afar. Unfortunately, things began to break in our system due to the fact that the software was extremely outdated. There are also numerous plugins making it very complex. I contacted 6 different people over the years trying to find someone that could help us. None of them could do it! Someone finally suggested reaching out to IONOS which then led to one of its business partners Creative Products. Charles at CP responded to my inquiry and after only a couple of conversations, he went to work. He updated our out of date software, researched and fixed plugins and performed a number of other services that I didn’t even know existed. I wish I had taken this approach years ago! Our Club received tremendous value from the work Charles performed at a more than reasonable rate. If anyone is looking for this type of service, I highly recommend Creative Products and Charles who assisted us.

The owner, Charles, called me back promptly after my initial email, unlike several others with whom I tried to make contact. He provided a detailed description of the proposed work to bring the site up to current WordPress standard after an initial evaluation of the site and helped resolve some old issues, even before seeing the core problems, just in the ability to open the site. The work was done within a day or two after the invoice was approved by me. It was more extensive than I originally anticipated and done well. The cost, while more than I initially expected, was explained to my complete satisfaction during an extensive phone call. I was completely satisfied when I reviewed the renovated site this morning. All of my communications with Charles were easy and very useful.
