files-to-MySQL is a Python ETL-frameworks that ingests data from files and creates audit trail from data to file it came from in fully-normalized relational database. The file "data ingestion process" can vary and a specialized LOAD DATA process.
files-to-MySQL used with http_logs schema creates audit trail between Apache and NGINX http access and error log files and the access_log and error_log TABLES with a foreign key.
