Currently, I am spearheading a $2.85M comprehensive strategic initiative to architect and deploy one of the industry’s first fully operational Quantum-Safe Cryptography (PQC) infrastructures. This project is not an R&D experiment but a high-velocity, production-grade transformation designed to secure the digital backbone of the enterprise against the post-quantum threat landscape.

The Mission: Defense at Speed & Scale
My focus is on bridging the gap between theoretical physics and enterprise reality. We are executing a 12-week accelerated roadmap to achieve full operational readiness, positioning our organization as a first-mover in a market projected to reach $2.1B by 2030.

Technical & Strategic Scope:

Pioneering Hybrid Architecture: We are deploying a cutting-edge Hybrid TLS 1.3 framework, seamlessly integrating classical ECDHE key exchange with NIST-standardized quantum-resistant algorithms (ML-KEM-1024 for key encapsulation and ML-DSA-87 / SLH-DSA for digital signatures). This ensures backward compatibility while guaranteeing forward-secrecy against quantum adversaries.

Infrastructure Resilience: The architecture is built on a cloud-native, Kubernetes-orchestrated foundation, fortified with next-generation HSM clusters capable of high-throughput quantum-safe key generation and management.

Regulatory Leadership: Our roadmap is rigorously aligned with the aggressive timelines of NIST FIPS 203/204/205, DORA, NIS2, and CNSA 2.0. We are not just meeting these standards; we are setting the benchmark for how they are implemented in high-compliance environments.

Why This Matters
The transition to PQC is the most significant cryptographic migration in history—dwarfing the shift to RSA and ECC. It requires a rare fusion of deep cryptographic fluency, architectural rigor, and executive execution. My mandate is to turn this technical migration into a competitive moat, ensuring that while others scramble to patch vulnerabilities in 2026, we are already operating on a sovereign, quantum-resistant foundation.
