- Technical Writing/Editing: Manuals, procedures, online help, and books.
- Online Training Delivery: Via a Learning Management System (LMS) or through virtual classrooms and webinars (Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, Second Life, YouTube, Zoom).
- Online Administration: LMS and meeting monitoring, control, maintenance, and reporting.
- Project Management: Particularly for the end-user training component of IT and compliance initiatives.
We typically work with businesses that have immediate training needs for which in-house resources lack specific skills or available time. We also work with other consulting firms which leverage our expertise to deliver more robust client solutions.
